Deposit Funds through other bank's Internet Banking

1. Log in to your bank's Internet Banking service to register your designated bank account number as payee, and choose Transfer.
2. Input Bank Code, Account Name and your BOC Designated Bank Account No. (The last 10 digits only without 012 at the front).
3. Enter amount and submit the transfer.

• Once your transferred funds have been cleared and received, the amount will be automatically reflected on your account (excluding scheduled system maintenance hours).

1. Visit any BOC branch in HKSAR.
2. Transfer deposit from your own account to the BOC Designated Bank Account assigned to you.

• Once your transferred funds have been cleared and received, the amount will be automatically reflected on your account (excluding scheduled system maintenance hours).
• Funds transferred between 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. will be updated to your trading account after 8:00 a.m..

• The time taken for the funds to be cleared and processed may vary according to deposit methods.
• We do not accept cash. Please make the deposit transfer to your designated bank account from your personal bank account. Kindly note that cash deposit over the branch counter might be subject to a handling fee determined by the bank.

1. When using HSBC Bill Payment service for the first time, please set your Daily Transaction limit for Securities Brokers.

3. Once completed, you will be issued a deposit confirmation slip from the bank machine.

• Accept Hong Kong Dollars only.
• Cheque must be made payable to "GMO-Z.com Forex HK Limited - Clients' Account". This name has to be written clearly in FULL.
• All cheques will take at least 2 business days to clear. Once cleared, your trading account will be updated and deposited funds will be available for trading.
• Please do not put the cheque into cheque box directly. Otherwise, additional processing time may be required.
• All deposits must be made from your bank account held with a licensed bank in Hong Kong.
• Third party cheques are not accepted. We will only accept funds originating from a bank account held in the client's name. Z.com Forex cannot guarantee the receiving, processing and returning of funds from any third party. Funds from third party accounts will be rejected and returned less bank charges to the originator.
• Please notify us and provide deposit slip within 10 business days from the date of deposit. We will arrange bank to return the fund to the payment source if we do not receive any notification. All the bank charges incurred will be borne by client.

Deposit funds by cheque deposit

1. Visit any HSBC cheque deposit machine in HKSAR.
2. Deposit cheque to Z.com Forex's HSBC account as provided. Select "receipt with cheque image".
3. Once completed, you will be issued a deposit confirmation slip from the bank machine.

• Z.com Forex does not recommend customers to deposit cheques through HSBC branch counters. If either your bank account number or Z.com Forex's bank account number does not show in full on the deposit slip, it may take extra time to process the deposit.
• Accept Hong Kong Dollars only.
• Cheque must be made payable to "GMO-Z.com Forex HK Limited - Client Account". This name has to be written clearly in FULL.
• All cheques will take at least 2 business days to clear. Once cleared, your trading account will be updated and deposited funds will be available for trading.
