Third party cheques are not accepted. All cheques must be drawn from your bank account held with a licensed bank in Hong Kong.
All cheques received before 3:00 p.m. Hong Kong Time will be sent for clearing within the same business day.
All cheques will take at least 2 business days to clear. Once cleared, your trading account will be updated and deposited funds will be available for trading.
Information on your personal cheque must show your full name and complete bank account number.
To withdraw funds from your trading account, you can choose to submit online withdrawal request or written withdrawal request.
To submit your online withdrawal request, log in to your trading account via Z.com Forex website and go to Account > Balance & Transfer > Withdrawal.
Enter the Amount you wish to withdraw.
Press the Confirm button.

We do not facilitate withdrawals to third party accounts. You can only withdraw funds from your trading account to a bank account held under your name. Please make sure that you have an existing bank account under the exact
same name as per your trading account held with Z.com Forex.
Z.com Forex only processes the latest (one) online withdrawal instruction received before 4:00 p.m. HKT every working day. You may cancel any online withdrawal instruction before 4:00 p.m. HKT.
The system will not accept online withdrawal instructions from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm every working day.
Any online withdrawal requests received after 5:00 p.m. HKT will be processed on the next business day.
Time taken for withdrawal amount to be credited to your beneficiary bank account depends on the bank.
